A project by Pastor Rob Benardo and the Battle Creek SDA Tabernacle Book Evangelism project. (Other books by this project are available from our ministry: a modern-language adaptation of sermons given by AT Jones at the 1893 General Conference session — The Sounding of the Third Angel; a concise summary of the 1888 history and message — The Matchless Charms of Christ; and a collection of articles by AT Jones and EG Waggoner — Lessons on Faith).

William Warren Prescott. An educator, an administrator, and a powerful preacher and teacher. These sermons given in 1893 are particularly appropriate for our time, as we continue to prepare to receive the mind and the righteousness of Christ, which preceded the mighty outpouring of the latter rain. It is our prayer that the sermons may help each reader to both be prepared, and to prepare others, for that great day soon to come!
